As a little bit of holiday entertainment, enjoy this video from glumbert.com. It's a very creative use of a whiteboard.

Aside from the surreal flow, an interesting element of this animation is the modification of persistant symbols. In many ways, the ability to selectively erase and redraw parts of the whiteboard make this type of animation more akin to claymation than typical illustrated stop-motion animation.
